In this form you can then select your movies and reuse your username from prior years, if you want to.
You cannot submit a list while logged-in and you cannot register a username without submitting a list!

This Play Along feature allows you to submit your own list and join leaderboards each year to compete against other players worldwide. It also allows you and others to view your submitted lists, scores and progress in the Summer Movie Wager over the years. You must be at least 16 years old to use this feature. If you do not know what the game of the Summer Movie Wager is or what a list (of movies) for this game is, then please take a look at our Help page.

After you submitted your list under a username for the Summer Movie Wager 2022, you will be able to create a bookmark (link) using your browser. Notice that such link will include your username. Using such link or logging into this site by using your username, you will find yourself to be included as an additional player alongside the official players from the Filmcast. This means, that you will be included in the scoreboard, charts and list of players, which are displayed on the main page ("SCORES" in the top menu) for the year 2022. You can look at the scores from a previous year to see how this will look like. You will also find yourself to be included in the "All Time" result page consisting of additional charts and player rankings combining all the years in which wagers took place. This page is accessible from the main page by using the year selection in the top menu.

Other users of this website, who do not know your username and who do not have access to your link, will not see yourself to be included on the main page or the "All Time" result page as an additional player. But notice that anyone who has access to your username (for example: by knowing or guessing your username), can view your list and scores. This also means that they themselves can add you as an additional player to their scoreboard, charts and list of players. So in such a case your username, list and scores would also be displayed to these users on this webseite. Every user can create such a pool of players and each user can add every other player by their username alone.

The deadline to join the leaderboards for 2022 has passed! But you can still submit your list and play along!

Please use a short username (max 10 characters) in the form below. Please only use letters a-z or A-Z and digits 0-9 and do not use any spaces as characters in your username. You can use any text as username constructed by these rules. It can even be something random if you want maximum anonymity. It is recommended that you use a username from which others cannot identify you by. You can reuse your username from previous years, but you do not have to. If you are under the age of 16, you will not be able to choose a username for yourself, instead a random username will be assigned to your entry. Optionally you can provide us your email address so that we might contact you in case of problems or in case you finish at a high place in the leaderboards to congratulate you. In case you provide an email address, it will not be displayed anywhere on this site and it will not be made available to other users. Please note that you do not have to provide an email address. I want to use Google Authenticator to reserve my username for upcoming wagers in future years. This will generate a Google Authenticator QR Code to scan (or provide a key as text to manually add) into your Google Authenticator App (Android or IOS). This setting will be ignored in case your username already has a Google Authenticator reservation applied to it from previous years.

The QR-Code (and key as text) will be shown only ONCE right after you successfully submitted your list, so you need to act right away. To scan the QR Code you need to have a second device with camera (like your phone) with the Google Authenticator App installed while submitting your list on your Laptop or Desktop PC. You can also write down the key text manually or make a screenshot and deal with adding it into the App later. Keep it there until next year when you submit your next list! You will not need it to login. If you use this feature, it is better (but still not required) to also provide an email address, so that we can better help you out in case of problems.

The use of this Google Authenticator feature is completely optional. You do not need to use it. Please be aware that when using Google Authenticator you are using a product from Google and it might collect personal data about you.
